.1 This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. We build no profile from them, and we sell no personal information.
.1 The contact form on this site is switched off and transmits nothing. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. We do not add you to any mailing list.
.1 Click through to Casino Stars or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
.1 An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
.1 These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.
.1 Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.
.1 None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
.1 The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
.1 Our host keeps server logs on its normal rotation; we hold nothing beyond it. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.
Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
